Description
Overview
Corner Stack is the least glamorous project here and probably the most impactful per euro. Broadband corner traps tame low-frequency decay, which is where most small rooms fall apart.
The whole point is the measurement: same mic position, before and after, so the improvement is provable rather than imagined.
Results
- Noticeably faster low-frequency decay on the spectrogram
- The worst modal ring around 60 Hz dropped about 4 dB
- Bass became easier to mix and to place speakers around
