Description
Overview
Junction 2.5k is a crossover design log, not a speaker — the enclosure and drivers are a fixed test bed, and the project is purely about getting the network right.
Every change is measured. The process is the point: measure on the real baffle, model, build on a test tile, remeasure, repeat.
What’s being verified
- Flat summed response through the crossover region
- A deep reverse-null confirming phase tracking between drivers
- Baffle-step compensation that doesn’t over-darken the balance

Build Guide
Measure both drivers on the baffle
2 h- Always measure on the real baffle — diffraction changes everything above 1 kHz.
Model the network
3 hBuild on a test tile and remeasure
3 h- A deep reverse-null at crossover means the drivers are summing in phase.
Finalise and transfer to a board
