Overview

Lattice MTM is about the box, not the drivers. It’s a flat-pack cabinet designed to be CNC-routed and assembled like flat-pack furniture — finger joints for strength, an internal brace lattice for stiffness, and alignment tabs so it self-jigs during glue-up.

The driver choice is left open; this is a cabinet you can drop a known MTM driver set into.

Design notes

  • Tab-and-slot alignment cuts the clamp count dramatically
  • The brace lattice kills panel resonances without adding much mass
  • A single sheet of birch yields a matched pair
