Test-only scope
These terms apply only when a selected creator participates in Bassilisk’s limited Paid Guides Stripe Sandbox pilot. The pilot tests offer setup, simulated Checkout, and access delivery. It does not create a real sale or other real-money transaction.
No real payment, revenue, payout, refund, fee settlement, or other financial settlement occurs. Prices, commissions, payment states, and payout states shown in the pilot are test values only. Participation does not guarantee that Bassilisk will launch a commercial Paid Guides service.
Sandbox data
Use only synthetic test values documented or accepted by Stripe for its Sandbox. Never enter a real payment card, bank account, government identity number, or other real personal verification information during this pilot.
Sandbox offers, transaction records, and access entitlements may be reset or removed. A test state must not be described as an actual sale, earned revenue, or money due to the creator.
Your guide
You remain responsible for the ownership, accuracy, and safety of your guide content. You must own the content or hold every intellectual-property and other right needed to publish it and make it available through the pilot. Third-party licences, notices, and attribution requirements continue to apply.
The general Terms of Service, including the content and build-safety rules, continue to apply to your account and guide.
Pilot changes and ending
Bassilisk may pause, suspend, reset, or end the pilot, an offer, or test access for operational, safety, legal, or policy reasons. The pilot may change while testing continues. Sandbox participation creates no right to a continuing offer, entitlement, payout, or future commercial feature.
Future live launch
This document is not the final live seller agreement. Any future live launch involving real money will require separate final commercial terms and a new acceptance before live selling can begin.
