Reference-series aluminum-cone woofer for home hi-fi loudspeakers. Uses a cast aluminum frame, rubber surround, solid phase plug and a motor with two short-circuit paths. Suitable for a properly designed multiway speaker. The published driver frequency range is not an enclosure bass-extension guarantee.
