TPA3116 amp shuts off after 10 min — thermal?

Little 2×50W TPA3116 board cuts out after ~10 minutes at moderate volume, comes back when it cools. No heatsink on the chip.

Thermal shutdown, right? Just add a heatsink?

Yep, thermal. The chip has a pad on top for a reason. Glue a small heatsink on and it will run forever.
