Iterating a printed waveguide for the Peerless DX25 tweeter. v1–v3 had nasty diffraction at the mouth. v4 rounds the mouth termination and the measured response is finally smooth to 18 kHz.

Printed in PETG, then filler-primer and sand. STL coming once I stop changing it.

v4 looks great. The mouth roundover is exactly what fixed mine too.

What slicer settings? Layer lines in the throat can mess with the top octave.
